The SMB Social Media Makeover Forum was launched on November 8, 2011 in Atlanta. More than hundred small business owners and social media professionals attended the half day event to hear panels of social media experts share their makeover advice with three small businesses who were grappling with how to take their social engagement to the next level.
The SMB Social Media Makeover Forum took place during Digital Atlanta 2011 – a weeklong (November 7-11) calendar of events that focused on the digital and social media scene in Atlanta.
The discussion focused on ways to

- Define a strategy that complements business objectives
- Prepare the management team for the implications of social media
- Share ideas for making content more engaging
- Understand the best metrics to measure impact and results
